The California State Athletic Commission met today at 11:30 AM PT/2:30 PM ET to review the licensing situation of Strikeforce heavyweight Josh Barnett. Barnett has not been licensed in California since failing a drug test in 2009. It was Barnett's third failure of a drug test for steroids and forced the cancellation of his planned bout with Fedor Emelianenko.
